Because sometimes you need a Thanksgiving raccoon.

Do you still have those pumpkins for the Halloween season laying around? With a little sticky felt, construction paper and some light crating skills, you can add some fun elements to your table decorations for your thanksgiving feast.

Use a marker to create shapes on the back of the sticky felt pieces, cut them out and assemble shapes on your pumpkin. We made the unicorn horn with a strip of construction paper and a piece of tape to secure it.

Add some color variation with paint, a pumpkin doesn’t have be orange.

We made a unicorn and a raccoon with just a couple pieces of paper and felt, but go crazy with glitter and flowers to add that extra level of awesome.

Have fun!
