Get your sunnies on.

If we’re being real here, there’s a pretty large chance that your sunglasses will fall to the bottom of a large body of water this summer. For some of us (not me, of course), those chances are larger than others.

Even if you’re a sunglasses casualty, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a pair that makes you look awesome. There are so many options that are cool without being high fashion-priced, no matter your style. I’ve got your back… And your face… Never mind, you know what I mean.

1. Fancy yourself a Jackie O? Check out these DIFF Eyewear DIME II shades.

While these guys will make you feel fabulous, they’ll also make you feel charitable. For every pair of DIFF sunglasses sold, the company donates a pair of reading glasses to someone in need through Eyes on Africa. They send eyeglasses to Africa for no cost through distribution in communities with no access to vision care. Don’t love the DIME II style, but still want to get someone a pair of glasses who needs them? No worries – there’s plenty more DIFF where that came from.

2.  Want to keep it classic? Then Samba Shades Don and Audrey Form Wayfarer with Demi Brown Frame & Blue Mirror Lens may be the pair for you.

The wayfarer style is probably one of the most timeless look of all time (yep, ALL TIME, Kanye). A lot of wayfarer styles force you to pay a little too much for them — and these Samba Shades are pretty much perfect for embracing a classic look without selling your first born to pay for them. The faded brown and black trim gives flexibility to wear whatever you want with them and still look on-point.

3. Channeling your inner aviator? Yes? You’ll probably love these: Michael Kors 59mm Aviator Sunglasses in Gold & Tortoise.

One of the best summer outfits in my opinion? Aviators, distressed jeans, and a plain white t-shirt. These Michael Kors shades are gold (literally). Their oval shape and tortoiseshell accents add a twist to your plain-old wire-rimmed aviator — more glam, less mall cop. Plus, you’re getting timeless designer sunglasses for under $75.

4. Are you a cat (eye) lady? Half Frame Round Cateye Sunglasses in Tortoise Green.
The tortoise trim on the cat eye shape from ZeroUV has a half-frame design with a round cat eye silhouette. The big-but-not-overpowering size of the lenses will have you feeling en vogue, but not in the dark. At under $10 bucks, these limited-quantity frames are a no-brainer.

5. Excited for festival season? You need these: Emblem Eyewear Horn Rimmed Vintage Crossbar with Flash Mirror Lens in Tortoise Red.

You’re into turning heads — I get it. These Emblem shades add a twist to the plain-old crossbar sunglasses with a reflective reddish-orange lens. The 100% UV Protection will have you squinting a little less when you’re trying to catch Kendrick Lamar’s set on stage. The cherry on top? They’re less than ten bucks. So, if the hyper guy next to you knocks them off your head and they get crushed, you can snag yourself another pair for the same price as a (nice) sandwich.
